We have used Storage Inn on Stanley Street for nearly 2 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. We live in an apartment downtown and required a temperature controlled room to store bigger items and our toddlers belongings and toys she no longer played with. Staff have always been kind and flexible. When we realized we needed to downgrade our space, Ralph was super flexible in accommodating our wishes. Ralph went above and beyond to help get us sorted with our new storage unit. That experience alone would lead me to recommend this location time and time again, but to top that off the facility is exceptionally clean, accessible, and secure. Highly recommend!
A wonderful storage facility! Great staff, very simple process. I used them for the first time to store my daughter's university items. It was the first time I've used storage period and I was very impressed. I will be back again in the spring!
