The rental process was easy and the office staff were very friendly and super helpful. They were always available to answer the phone and took care of all my questions, even on the weekends. I took care of everything without ever having to go into the office. The one thing I did not like is that the locks on the storage units are so unique that I had to buy a special lock from them which I don’t think will be very useful in the future.
