Trevor was a great help. We moved in without any problems, He made the move in process alot more comfortable than my previous experiences at other complexes. He was very thorough with what we needed. Stoneybrook is quiet, Just what we wanted.
I enjoyed staying out here until they abruptly changed water companies making my water bill twice as high without any warning to prepare financially. I just renewed my lease and after this term, I will not be renewing. Basically they told me we pay a portion of a ratio for the entire complex and not just our unit. I barely use any water or flush my toilet and my bill is a little under $100 for one person who works 2 jobs.
The absolute WORST! If I could rate this property 0 stars I would! Do not move here Lakesha Singleton and Rousell Powell are the absolute worst. They are both completely incompetent when it comes to the entire property. It’s like they’re inexperienced in property management. You would think with Lakesha previously working for Vinebrook homes she would’ve gained some expertise but no.
