I have lived in 3 different apartments. Only the newer ones are even worth your time, But they are more than a mortgage to live there. $1400 for a 2 bedroom. Now they switched water companies and my bill Doubled. I used to pay $58 a month water and sewage. now it is between $120 to $140. They are ripping us off and making us pay for any water leaks. Stay away! Used to be fine but they’re doing some weird water bill thing that feels like a scam. They bill an arbitrary number that’s $100+ and give you the runaround if you try to look into it. You are NOT being charged for your actual water usage here.
Trevor was a great help. We moved in without any problems, He made the move in process alot more comfortable than my previous experiences at other complexes. He was very thorough with what we needed. Stoneybrook is quiet, Just what we wanted.
I enjoyed staying out here until they abruptly changed water companies making my water bill twice as high without any warning to prepare financially. I just renewed my lease and after this term, I will not be renewing. Basically they told me we pay a portion of a ratio for the entire complex and not just our unit. I barely use any water or flush my toilet and my bill is a little under $100 for one person who works 2 jobs.
