I just wanted you to know how HAPPY I am! The floors look beautiful! Steve is awesome! His attention to detail and prep......his clean up.....his whole demeanor......was a total delight! I am so looking forward to redoing the whole master bath in the spring! I am also going to have some scratches removed in the travertine. The people at this company are very nice. They responded to every one of my complaints with graciousness. I wish I could write a better review. BUT I had to complain many times about many things, and I found even more flaws after the job was done and paid for. The square footage measurements were off (not in my favor). They performed repairs to my subfloor with hot tar that spilled around the area--and seeped into the wood cracks and pores (visible still).
