There are constantly trucks on cinderblocks and people blaring music out of their cars at all hours of the day and night. Hope you don’t have sleeping kids! Awful.
Absolutely awful apartments. Residents and management are disrespectful. We have severe hurricane damaged to our home and are still being forced to pay rent without repairs being made.
I had to break my lease and management helped me with that. There were no surprises at the end. Thank you so much Verónica for making this process easy and painless. You rock!
Do not move here! Worst management ever. Apartment was FILTHY when I moved in, had to scrub the kitchen before I could unpack any of my things, I lived without a kitchen drawer for a year bc they never replaced it after MULTIPLE requests, apartment flooded twice, refrigerator broke FIVE times before they brought me a new one and now I'm not getting my deposit back bc they have to replace a drip pan in the fridge???? Staff is very friendly. Give me call for upcoming things within the complex and repairs. If any problems come up, they are able to work with you. Great staff.
Ejay was great i had several move in dates and she was very helpful especially all the stress of selling my house she was a big help also maintenance came to my house the same day i had an issue. I would recmmend anyone here and a place i can call home.
I haven't been here long but i had some issues and the ppl at the office were really nice ever since the start, since my walk thru the property from one of the girls (ejay) to the contract of my light and cable she was awesome, hooked me up with the agents and every time id needed anything that the old rentals messed up like the stove and the washer machine they got too it the same day (pedro) as i put inn the complaints.
