We really enjoyed our year stay at Advenir. The staff is very friendly and kind to me. Good service. Jennifer has been great.
The stay was pretty peaceful & maintenance was very timely however, the property is very pricey. To renew my lease they wanted to go up approximately $100.00 which would be 1400 for two bedrooms & one bath. The back gate is always broken. If you pay your rent late once you’ll have to go to go somewhere that does moneygram to pay rent for the rest of your lease which was very inconvenient!!! I’ve lived here a few years now, my overall experience has been really good, the office staff is great, and Jazmine along with the other ladies are always helpful.
I’ve had a great experience here at Stone Park so far. The entire application & move in process was made super easy. Jazmine & the rest of the staff has been very helpful throughout my lease with any accommodations we need.
Love living here Derrick in the office is amazing everyone’s really friendly here!!
this place is a wonderful community! very friendly staff and absolutely beautiful apartments. I have lived here for one month now and I couldn't be happier! I'm so glad my husband and I chose this place as our home!

The grounds of the community are beautiful and the cost of living here is Great!
When we lived there with the first people that ran the place didn’t have a problem. But the people that run it now towed my truck for now reason and don’t work on anything. When we moved out tried to have us pay for all kinds of stuff that was messed up when we moved in. I would not recommend this place to anyone with out a warning. They don’t keep proper paperwork on anything so it might help you or hurt you.
