RecommendedVery very nice staff, been here for over a year and have had no problems. Very nice pools and grill areas. Clean place and very child friendly.
Dont move here unless you wanna get your tires jacked from your car ��� Management is terrible, gate is always broken, theres always an issue and management does nothing about it. Supposedly theres a patrol car ensuring everyones safety yet the car breakins and tire thefts keep happening.. oh and did i mention the gate is alwayssss broken! ��
I would look elsewhere before renting with this company "ADVENIR" Thank goodness my lease is almost up so I won't have to deal with these people ever again!!!
The girls in the office Jennifer and Elda are awesome !!! They help me with any issue I have .. They are always pleasant and sweet...The property is well kept ... If I have any issue the maintenance guys come out right away and fix the problem... I have been here for 3 years and love the community !!!
