Not a well cared-for community My wife and I toured this community before signing a lease and it seemed very nice, clean apartments with manicured landscaping. Apparently we didn't look closely enough. The apartment moved into was in terrible condition: pet hair EVERYWHERE, dirty carpet and appliances, dingy fixtures. No one in this community cleans up after their dog and management does nothing to enforce it, so it feels like the landscaped areas have more dog poop than grass much of the time. Management is not trustworthy! When I moved out of these apartments, I did a walk thru with property manager and left a forwarding address. Never heard anything from them until I get a call from collections 8 months later. Very unprofessional. Look elsewhere if you are looking for an apartment!

Someone from the office is on here reviewing themselves These apartments are indeed self-rating! I agree with the lady who reviewed earlier this year with that comment. The pool sucks, there is dog poop everywhere, overpriced for the run down interior of the apartments, and there's never any parking. The company doesn't know what they are doing. And don't even think of ever calling corporate because they don't care either.

I’m really not sure how this place has so many 5 star ratings, unless of course — they’re self rating. *insert eyeroll* I’ll wait to give more details when I move but this place is NOT 5 star worthy. UPDATE LOOKS UHMAZING This place looks so much better than it did when I went to look for apartments in November!! I toured this yesterday and I fell IN LOVE. ALSO, there is a whole new staff here and they are THE SWEETEST GIRLS. Last time I came, I felt like a burden to everyone. Definitely moved this to the top of my list for moving in September!! :)

The pool! Went on a tour of the property and was impressed by the friendliness of the staff. The pool looks amazing and with new furniture looks great. Have a few other properties scheduled to look at but Stonegate has jumped to the top of my list!

Tour & Lease I went for a tour and loved it! Ashley and Sarah greeted me and made me feel so welcome. Alichia, the manager, spoke to me briefly while I was there and was awesome. She made me feel like I would be taken care of here and it would be a home and not just an apartment. Needless to say, they made an impression just as strong as their beautiful property did! I'm definitely leasing here, without a doubt!

Not A Wonderful Place To Live These apartments are very overpriced for what you get. The tenants walk their dogs and do not even pick up after them. Causing you to step in dog mess every day. The water heaters are constantly leaking causing major water damaged to apartments and furniture. They won't even reimburse you, they make you get renters insurance to insure something they are responsible for. It's ridiculous! Big updates are needed to the water pipes and water heaters.
