History Established in 2005. The Stoned Crab is a blast from the past. The current building has had many names over the years, but the one which always stuck out to the current owners, Ron and Clairissa Pickering was the "Stoned Crab" which it proudly displayed back in the 70's. When the restaurant was purchased in 2005, the Pickering's decided to bring back the former name. And the Stoned Crab was reborn. Today, the Stoned Crab is a lively eating and gathering place located in Macungie, PA.

It's very rare that my husband and I get a night out alone, with three kids at home. Typically we go to our "tried and true" establishments to ensure a successful night out but last night we decided to try someplace new - The Stoned Crab. First time there and it was complete amazing. The food was spectacular and the service was great too. The prices were really good. I thought it would be more expensive. I can't wait to go back again.
Everything about this place was great! Service, food and ambiance! All the way from Oregon and will definitely try to make it back sooner than later!
Great food, owner came to the table to answer a few questions we had about the scallops and how they were prepared. Our waitress was outstanding. The only thing that was annoying, was the regulars ( blue hair club) sitting at the bar next to our table carrying on and singing show tunes. That took away from the overall atmosphere. Other than that, we had an outstanding meal and Would highly recommend this restaurant to our friends
Delicious food! Best filet we've ever had, and learned that they hand cut their meat. The crab bisque was such creamy goodness and the mushroom risotto in the Gulf Coast dish was excellent. We had great service and will definitely be back!
This was our second time there. The food was excellent, and our waitress, Nichole, was exceptional! Very pleasant , attentive , and helpful! I definitely recommend this place!
The food was absolutely amazing! I am looking forward to the next time we visit Pennsylvania simply to eat here again. Our waitress Nicole was phenomenal!
