History Established in 2005. The Stoned Crab is a blast from the past. The current building has had many names over the years, but the one which always stuck out to the current owners, Ron and Clairissa Pickering was the "Stoned Crab" which it proudly displayed back in the 70's. When the restaurant was purchased in 2005, the Pickering's decided to bring back the former name. And the Stoned Crab was reborn. Today, the Stoned Crab is a lively eating and gathering place located in Macungie, PA.

Professional waitstaff that was very attentive to our needs. The food overall was very good, with the only exception of over cooked potatoes. We told the waitress and she rectified it by offering an alternative and by writing off one of our beverages. Great place to dine.
My family had a wonderful experience here celebrating my parent's 50th Anniversary! The food was delicious and our server, Kate, was so friendly and patient with our large party of loud Italians! The management was so helpful and it's clear the restaurant has excellent communication within their house staff. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone who has the obligation of planning a large party or function--you will not be disappointed!
