I lived in this building for over a year and feel obligated to document my experience for future tenants. During my tenancy, I experienced a long-term cockroach issue, repeated pest control visits that seemed more routine than effective, water leaking from the ceiling, and ongoing noise and debris from the unit above. I’ve been living here since 2017. I have had so many problems since I moved in that need to be repaired. There has been at least 7 different managers since I moved in. Each one came in the unit, took pictures and said they would get the repairs done. Yet after about a year after each complaint, I would find that they would close the case on the residence portal and say the problem has been fixed, even though nothing has been fixed. Kash was wonderful! She took her time explaining everything about the apartment and really understood what our family needed. Our application process was super quick — she handled everything so smoothly and really knew what she was doing. We’re very happy it was her who assisted us. We truly appreciated her kindness and help.
