Units are okay. The 2nd one we got (bigger) was nicer. 1st had a torn up ceiling. Mice got into the 1st unit too.. There are mouse preve tion boxes everywhere on the property but they still got into our unit. But the main reason I give them 2 stars is because they are next to IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of! We are moving and didn't need the unit anymore and had to turn off autopay through our bank because we could not get ahold of anyone to end our rental of the unit.
Cheryl is amazing operator / manager! This facility is very well maintained. It’s the best option for self storage in Ironton
