Head phones should be offered for the movies. The movies are a great feature, but you can't hear the audio above the sound of the drill. The ear pieces should be cleaned with a bit of alcohol at the time of usage.
I thought Dr. Wade would want to know about this just in case she isn't aware....The bedside manner and service provided from Dr. Wade is always ABOVE and beyond expectations. However, I am very displeased that on both of my last two visits - June visit AND July visit -- I was overcharged because mistakes were made. I am just glad I found these errors.
