(1) Same issue as last time and that I communicated on my survey- when charged out, I was charged for Floride that was not administered. This time, I caught it before I left and had it correct. It should not be patient's responsibility to ensure your charge out is correct. (2) I am requesting that you credit Stephen for this "DNA" test conducted on him. The treatment area in the front is too close to the receptionist area. I would put a wall there for separation as I could hear all the phone calls during my treatment. Dr. Kristi and her assistant were great.

Donna was a great and knowledgeable hygienist. She explained the systemic connections between dental and overall health very well. I will be more aware of this connection as well as change my dental habits based on my visit. Dr. Wade was amazing, and took a great deal of time consulting with me and provided extensive explanations as well. One of the most extensive and informative dental visits I've ever had. Would definitely recommend this office to anyone interested in superior dental care.

I'm starting to feel annoyed with the pressure to visit every 3 months instead of every six months. My insurance only pays for 2 visits a year and I hate paying 100 out of pocket. Saved myself over $130 by moving my next appointment from December 14 to January 15,

My coverage from UPS is supposed to be 100% for cleanings, but I always walk out of there paying $80+. It gets expensive with me and my 2 kids, especially when other people are paying zero for their cleanings...why is it so much more expensive?

I, personally, didn't know your office was out of network with everyone's insurance. The front office didn't let me know that. Other than that, I had a very efficient and friendly visit, albeit a little long.
