There were problems with this guy from the word go. He scheduled for a day he was out of the country. Doh! Email communications were garbled. Required several clarifications. My due diligence included checking reviews and verifying licensure. I gave a detailed list of known issues and items that I and wanted checked, with what had already been inspected recently. Great customer service! I used SPI a couple of years back and Keith did an excellent job in telling me what minor maintenance issues needed to be done. I have since needed SPI again and was satisfied with the quality of service and good customer service I continue to receive. I have referred SPI to friends who have also used SPI and they have not had any issues with their service. I will continue to use this company if I need additional inspection work.
