I have used SPI a couple of times and Keith was very thorough, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. It is good to have someone that knows what they are doing and looking for in an inspection. I would highly recommend using SPI for your home inspection needs.

I can wholeheartedly highly recommend Stonebriar Property Inspections, The SPI Guy, Keith *****, is prompt, thorough, conscientious and a pleasure to work with. His reports are clear and helpful. While I was house sitting for friends I arranged the inspection and followed it through completion. As a builder I could not have been more impressed. A potential problem will not go overlooked.
