I had an excellent experience with Stonebriar inspections. The inspection was scheduled very quickly, within 2 days starting from the first phone contact, started on time on the day of the appointment and was conducted very efficiently in less than 2 hours and the fee was very reasonable. Keith is a great inspector. He was thorough and thoughtful. He came out twice to verify information given to him by sellers. He explained everything in detail and did not mind all the questions being asked. You can't go wrong with Keith. It is hard in this day in age to find someone so honest,understanding and nice. Again, I would highly recommend Keith.

If you are looking for a highly qualified home inspector who is extremely thorough, we highly recommend Keith Boggs form SPI. My wife and I just moved to the area from NY and since we did not know anyone here we went with Keith based upon guidance from our realtor. A++ is all we can say. Keith spent over 3 hours inspecting our new home and analyzed everything from below the ground up. He just inspected a home for us last week. His report is the most detailed and illustrated with pictures. He found all the problems with the house before we committed ourselves. I recently had Keith inspect a home in Arlington, Texas when I am living in Des Moines, Iowa. I had to rely on his expertise to a house I have never walked through, his inspection report was so explicit with pictures to show exactly what problems he was observing. It was his eyes walking me through the house. He was available for questions and his response time was impeccable on both conducting the inspection and reporting his findings. Great home inspector. I was blow away by his professionalism. His report is very detailed with tons of pictures. He explained everything in terms that I could understand. I've bought four homes, and Keith from Stonebriar was without question the best property inspector I've every come across. He is thorough without being too ridiculous. He is up-to-date on the latest safety equipment and procedures. And the price was fair. Will only use him from now on.
