We have used Stonebriar Property Inspections twice in the last year. Once before closing with the builder and again before our one year warranty expiration. Keith B**** was thorough in his inspection both times providing us with much needed peace of mind. We are very happy and pleased with his service. We have used this company twice because he is so thorough and has caught so many hidden issues for us. He also uses a thermal imaging device on the entire house that has probably prevented a fire hazard. I recommend this company over everyone. Takes about 4 hours but well worth every dollar spent.

Keith does an excellent job. This was the 3rd inspection we have had him do. Every time he has been exceptionally thorough. His reports are complete and he provides complete explanations on all of his findings. I would highly recommend Stonebriar Property Inspections if you have a property you are buying or selling.
Keith did a wonderful job with inspection. We would recommend him to anyone. The report seemed thorough. He threw in a year of free termite warranty too. At the end he met with us and we over the report and explained it in detail in the meanwhile taking a video. The video was helpful since one of us was not present at the home at the time of the inspection. So great job.
As the homeowners, we were NOT happy with the home inspection from ***** at Stonebriar Property Inspections on July 3, 2018. The inspector was scheduled for 9 am. He rang our doorbell at 8:15 asking if he could start early. He did not leave our home as he found it. Both ovens were left on at 350 degrees. The sprinkler system had been unplugged during the heat of a hot Dallas summer. It was set to run the following morning. I did not do an inspection for this person. There were the sellers. There comments ate 95% inaccurate. They are likely mad that there home had many defects and are trying to slander my name in an effort to make me look bad. I don't agree with this review. I could tell my side of the story but then we just get into a he said she said which gets us no where. I assume their house did not sell and now it's pay back time.
