There were problems with this guy from the word go. He scheduled for a day he was out of the country. Doh! Email communications were garbled. Required several clarifications. My due diligence included checking reviews and verifying licensure. I gave a detailed list of known issues and items that I and wanted checked, with what had already been inspected recently. The inspector arrived on time and completed a very thorough inspection. I am impressed with the report. It included detailed information, to include pictures, that highlighted even the most minor issue with the home I am buying. He more than provided me with the information needed to make a purchase decision. I highly recommend SPI and would use them again.

I hired Keith to do my property inspection in Allen on a referal from multiple realtors that had used him in the past.
