Nice But Not That Nice For The Price!!! While the initial presentation of fancy finishes, large kitchen islands and huge rap around balconies is enough to suck anyone in. But after your name is on the paper you soon find out that Elan Potomac Heights isn't worth all the money they ask for. To start the walls are paper thin, so thin that you can hear water in the pipes draining from the apartment upstairs as if your neighbors are pouring it out on next to you.
