I finally spoke to a sales agent 11/23/18. While speaking to him, I let him know I will have to travel and I wanted to stay in a certain price range. He offered me that price, but on a vehicle that I didn’t initially request about. That price is way too high for that vehicle he was trying to sell to me. Nevertheless, Thomas just lost a valuable customer for not using his listening skills and being a pushover.
