Tried to deal with them on a car. Called several times.They will not return phone calls, when they say they will. They lost a sale.
My dealer experience was horrible, he screwed up my credit after asking if this was a hard inquiry and he denied , anyone else than this Freddy guy is helpful
They had a car that I drove for 40 minutes to see only to find out that the price listed wasn't the original price. They included a auto warranty that wasn't shown on the listing. Just make sure you communicate with then regarding the price before heading there.
Did not have great experience in test driving car. Car was not cleaned on the inside, had to be jumped. When I asked to be reminded of the asking price they wouldn’t give me an answer unless I said I was willing to do business with them.
While there was a quick initial response to my inquiry the substance of the response was frustrating at best. Since there was no initial pricing available on the post, my inquiry was mostly to find out what the price was. When I found out that the price was above my pre- determined budget I responded as such. Then there was continued follow up on the part of the dealership from someone that apparently did not bother to read the specifics of what I was looking for.
