Received a text about a car I was curious about. Tools me the car was available. Started driving an hr and a half in traffic. Decided to call before I got far down the road. They said it sold 2 hrs…before I asked about it. Then text me back 30 minutes after I called telling me it was still available. Get it together

I purchased a 2019 ****** Highlander from Stone Mountain Nissan. When I bought it I drove 1 1/2 hours to get it and originally had a pleasant experience. NOT THE **** NOW. It originally had a crack in the windshield and they agreed to fix it. When I got the car home that evening I went to get the floor mats out of the back and there was nothing covering the spare tools for the spare tire which left a huge hole in the back. I found it hard to communicate with Stone Mount Nissan. I got the run around for three days before I was informed that the vehicle had been taken to auction for water damage.
??READ BEFORE VISITING??When dealing with thousands of dollars customer service should be great and my experience here was far from that. My boyfriend was assisting me with buying a new car and was the only person that spoke with salesman Shah. There were other people before us deciding on the same car we wanted. Beware!!! If you are getting any type of services done on your vehicle to do a check before driving away. They will not report any damages that do on your vehicle. I went in sometime in Jan-Feb of this year for break services. I was the first person there when the service department opened and I had an appointment. While parked outside one of the employees discovered a light bulb was blown on the rear left side and informed me when it was time to check in.
