My salesman Dennis was very helpful, honest and transparent. We were very happy with the outcome 😀. The other staff at the dealership were helpful and kind.
I called he said the car was available I asked could I come see it he said he would call back never heard from him again

Received a text about a car I was curious about. Tools me the car was available. Started driving an hr and a half in traffic. Decided to call before I got far down the road. They said it sold 2 hrs…before I asked about it. Then text me back 30 minutes after I called telling me it was still available. Get it together

I found it hard to communicate with Stone Mount Nissan. I got the run around for three days before I was informed that the vehicle had been taken to auction for water damage.
3 hours away. Tried to work out details before committing to the drive and expense. Was told I would hear from someone able to make a deal. Never happened, I’ll buy elsewhere.
I was lied to about the approx value I would be offered for my car and I supplied them with many pictures of my car, it was an $8000 difference. I was also not told about a $5000 markup of the Rogue I was going there for. So that was a $13000 difference of price that I found after I got there.
My man Darryl will hook you up. Everyone was nice and easy to work with. We were in and out in a couple of hours which is fast for buying a new car. And best of all they have inventory. Thanks to these guys at Stone Mtn. Nissan!
