I had an apartment with *********** Apartments in ***** ******* TX which was owned by BH Management. I recently paid an eviction off and tried to get the judgement removed from my credit but was not able to accomplish after months of emails and phone contact to get this issue resolved still no response. I have moved in on someone else dirt & germs. I was shown a beautiful demo apartment & a beautiful empty apartment & told they were all true to sight. I had not seen my apartment it was being made ready for my move in I was told.....that was a lie, the way tenants moved out that's way they gave it to me. I have been dealing with a Roach Infestation Problem in my apartment since the beginning of March. The Regional Manager has failed to contact me as of today March 27, 2017. I feel these living conditions are unacceptable for anyone. I was informed that an apartment beside me was infested and the carpet had to be replace once the previous renters had vacated the premises.Nothing has been resolved. To whom this may concern, We take all resident concerns seriously and have done so in this case. Each time, Ms. ****** contacted the rental office we had our certified pest control company come out and inspect and treat if necessary. The Property Manager, Maintenance Supervisor and the Pest Control Company inspected all units in the building to ensure that their was no infestation. To date their is no infestation.
