I can honestly say that living at The Standard at 2690 in Clearwater has been the absolute worst experience of my entire life and my friends that live there currently all agree. The property manager, Heather Ennis, makes it very clear that she has no respect for any resident and only sees residents as dollar signs. This company doesnt provide accurate leases. They dont honor their agreements. They dont conduct their due diligence. I lived in their complex. They hired contractors to perform work. The contractors created roof leaks and didnt do anything to fix them. I had personal property that was damaged. The unit I lived in was damaged. No one ever came to fix the damage. When I moved out. The complex charged me for their negligence. If I were you, I would find any other company to lease from. Good luck.....
I'm going to keep it short because I just wrote a review on Google, but everything about this management company being crooks is true. Tons of random fees, 250% increase in rent for the month to month rate if you forget to submit your 60 day notice on time and I was charged $1300 in damages. There was some damage to the cheap cabinets in my bathroom, but $975 for 2 particle board cabinet doors and their frame? Really? Trust me, avoid this company.

I've lived in a BH Managed apartment in Irving, TX for 4 years. All 4 years had multiple and sustained issues with the "Resort Style" pool. The 3rd summer the both pools at the Promenade at Valley Ridge were unavailable to residents. The main pool was dark and cloudy even when the city hadn't shut it down. The office staff kept telling me that it was because people wore black t-shirts while swimming! I literally moved at the end of that summer to a sister property (Valley View at Valley Creek) for a clean pool. NO POOL here ... read more
This company is HORRIBLE! I have lived at Villas at Waterchase in Lewisville, TX for 5 years without any problems until BH Management took over. I would not recommend moving into any of their properties if this is a reflection of their company. Unfortunately, Inwill have to endure another year! Steer clear of BH Management!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Please contact me for specifics but I revealed they are scamming all tenants out of small charges multiplied each month. Fraudulent "administration fees" which in the lease are not allowed to be over $4.00 and they corrected mine, however aren't going to for the rest of the tenants. Same goes for move out damages (they are trying to charge us over $400 for small holes in the wall and "pet damages" -we didn't have pets as stated in the lease. If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been my worst experience thus far in all of my years as a renter. The staff is slow and unconcerned when it comes to the issues of its residents. This should be one of their main focal points since residence generate revenue. I was told that I wasn't eligible for renewing my lease at Arcadia Cove Apartments in Phoenix, AZ and was told to reach out to BH Management for the reason. I called on December 15th and was given the email and phone number to Sharron ****. I emailed her on the 19th with great details and never heard from here. Made mistakes in charging my rent, then charged me late fees for their mistake. Made me pay double rent last month and is trying to make me pay double rent this month as well. I only missed one month because they changed systems and screwed up my auto pay. I had the money in my account and gave it to them immediately the day they notified me of the outstanding balance, but I was still charged a $150 late fee. I also show the utilities vary by a few dollars each month, but the total due has stayed between $1107 to $1116. I show that the property did reverse the $150 in December for late rent, but the NSF fee was not reversed. I am not seeing anything unusual or incorrect on the charges.
