Barry Crossing in Kansas City is a beautiful place with a few great amenities ! However the units have poor insulation which makes this all electric apartment with a monthly energy bill od 175.00 plus! The pay no utilities so water sewer and GAS yes the tenants pay for gas in the common areas like the office. The water bill is divided by sq ft by number of occupants in the unit and divided between all...so if yiur neigbor washed 7 loads of laundry a day u are going to help pay for this...they offer move in specials with FREE... read more

I lived at The Ashlar (previously Dana Point) in Dallas, TX. I did not have major concerns besides the office never answering the phone. My nightmare started on June 23rd, 2017. My lease was up July 31st, 2017 and I never received a renewal letter after asking for one since April,2017. This is in regards to the Tallows, in Carrolton, TX. Rafaela Z, Julie M and Jodi S. During the first month. Apartment was not ready at move in. Electrical issues that haven't been addressed. Had to request pest control after having to kill several cockroaches, and been currently in a month long battle for a water leak from the bedroom window. This review is for one of BH's properties, Willow Gardens, in Lafayette, Louisiana. I do know that other BH properties are managed well, but Willow Gardens Management business practices are dishonest and unprofessional. I signed my lease at Tuscany Palms. They have a serious Roach Problem. They are not the roaches that come out of the sewer either. When I notified the leasing office about this roach issue they laughed in my face and stated there is nothing they can do about it. I notified them on two different occasions about this issue. So I sent them a Notice of termination of the lease because I am unable to buy food for my home because the roaches make their way into my refrigerator and freezer and contaminate my food and my dogs food. ... read more

You ought to look into management at your Willow Grove Complex in Nashville. Not only are they rude and unprofessional, but they do not know how to properly handle records and complaints. There have been a number of discrepancies that have occurred during my stay here. My most recent one involves my security deposit. They tried charging me hundreds of dollars for "damage" when there has been no substantiated evidence, there was no walk-through, and it took them a month to respond to me. DON'T rent at Osprey Pointe Apartments!! All they want is your money. This is not the first time I was lied to when leasing their apartments. They tell you the apartment does not have carpet when actuality it does. They tell you new black appliances when it's not. They say you get upgraded cabinets that just means the DOORS not the rotten, crack wood inside that they just painted over. Upgraded counter tops they say, no just new paint on them. I do not even know where to began. I recently applied to live at The Tallows in Carrolton and was told I would need an approved Guarantor. I am a single mom in Dallas, I do not know anyone that could do that for me. I have been in Dallas for almost three years and I have not had any issues with renting apartments or paying my rent. I lived at Woodcrest village apt in Lithonia. The first year i had bad roaches. Issue. I had roaches in a refrigerator amd all over the apt. years two no issues everything was great. Year three all **** break loose. Behind the bldg it is a ditch fill out rare materials from the renovated apt that put in the ditch. My apt and the whole bldg 600 was taken over with infestation of mice. Management hired a company to patch up holes.
