This is not a quality builder. The night we moved into our home our windows leaked and we were using towels to clean up and prevent further damage to walls and carpet. They replaced 2 of the windows. The water heater was too small for the tin we ordered thru them, they did eventually replace that. Our home has constant electrical issues which has costs us tons and is still unresolved.
