Garbage management company from top to bottom. Absolute trash. Customer service is the lowest of the low
Worst property manager ever! If I could give negative stars I would. Stoladi put this woman Kathi Snook as property manager at our location. She does not fix problems, just sends people to take photos and writes "complete' in the work request. She is rude and should never be placed in a job where she interacts with the public.
My office and maintenance team at Martins View has really stepped up. My mailbox key broke and I had time sensitive documents I need to have retrieved. I was able to reach out to the APM who gave me specific instructions on how to handle this and basic knowledge on the process. From there I put in a maintenance request. My mailbox latch was replaced and my mail retrieved and held same day. I was able to safely retrieve my documents along with my key the next morning from the office. Seamless...
