I thought the server,the atmosphere and the food were great.. I recommend the Jamaican jerk cheeseburger.
One of Russellville's favorite restaurants, Stoby's is known for having an excellent menu selection that includes a variety of pies. Their cheese dip has been sold in stores across Arkansas. On my recent visit to Stoby's for breakfast, I had an omelette with oatmeal and coffee. It was good.

Went to Stoby's for the first time today, food was great but the restaurant is lacking in cleanliness! Windows and walls and floor need a good scrubbing!
Went for the .99 biscuit and gravy. There were two adults and 3 kids. My middle son had pancakes. I didn't feel very good so I don't know if it was the biscuit or the gravy or just my taste buds but I couldn't eat it. Tasted weird. The server saw 5 people being seated and I could see her mouth omg. But she ended up being friendly even tho she didn't seem to feel good herself. We will definitely be back tho. :)
