RecommendedMy wife and I dropped two deer off to be cut up. I told them that we were going to mostly make steaks, breakfast sausage and jerky out of them. There was a misunderstanding and they made the jerky and breakfast sausage for us, so the bill was more than I was expecting. We fried up some breakfast sausage this morning and it was delicious. The meat is always quality! Prices compare with meat elsewhere. We travel up to 50 miles to get the quality cuts of their steaks! Their brats are awesome as well! Thanks guys!
