Certainly the nicest butcher shop I have ever been in. I placed an order for our week at the lakes with enough to feed 18. The ordering process was GREAT, everything was ready and nicely packaged when I arrived for pick up. Every cut we received was perfect. The pork butts were the exact weight that I asked for and all had nice fat throughout. The steaks were all cut how they should be and all the same size, out of 36 not a single one was sub par.
