Water Leak Service John found my water leak. I am built on a cement slab. Found the water was leaking in the cold water pipe going to the kitchen. I did not want the cement floor dug up to find the leak. That would have been a mess plus I would of had to move out for who knows how long. John figured out how to run a pipe inside that would go to the kitchen sink. He did a good job and had it looking pretty good considering it was ran inside and would show. Bath Update - Our Hero! The old faucet had seen better days. Thought we could do it ourselves...not so. Called John for help--again. He found exactly what we needed, and replaced it to an exact fit. Tankless Water Installation John Kumpula and his brothers did an excellent job installing my new Rinnai tankless water heater. He was very professional and courteous and lived up to his promises. After the installation, John went over all of the equipment and rebate information with us. We are very pleased with our new tankless water heater and would recommend John to any other person interested in this new energy saving water heater.
Bad Service Repair done without checking on water meter. Repair bypassed water meter, resulting in a visit from the City Water Department and a repair requested. Calling back Stillwater Plumbing to help find a solution to their mistake, we were told it "was our problem" because we didnt tell them where the water meter was. We were never asked, just wanted out pipe fixed. Geesh.
