Excellent service! Three days before Christmas and our water heater broke!!! With a basement full of water, house full of college students and relatives coming for the holidays, we were over our heads in water!!! I called John from Stillwater Plumbing at noon on Wednesday and he was at our house by 3:00pm installing a new water heater. Plumbing Repair Advice I knew I needed some plumbing repaired. I knew what was wrong and that it would take thousands of dollars to repair. Bob, very politely & without harm to my ego told me what really was wrong. The cost to repair shrunk from thousands to hundreds. He could have done the repairs but redirected me. The previous plumber on one item needing repair had not correctly fixed the problem. Bob suggested that I go back to that plumber to get it redone....also asking them for a discount. Great Job! Very early Saturday Morning, these guys came through for me by removing my busted water heater after I had a home emergency. They then brought me a new water heater at a great price and installed it safely and smoothly. They take their work very seriously and do a great job.

Fixed shower head problem. 08/04/2011 Our shower head quit working. We called Stillwater Plumbing and got an appointment within 2 days. John called to say he was on his way, which I appreciated.He didn't have the shower head on his truck, but ran and got one and came right back. He gave us a discount coupon. Price was very reasonable.John is very friendly and efficient.He gave us an estimate for an issue in our basement. Fixing broken drainage pipe inside wall Once again, I would strongly recommend John's service to anyone who has plumbing issues. This guy is incredible professional and affordable. My house's main drainage pipe was broken inside the wall during weekend. John was called right way the next morning, and amazingly, he fixed the problem in very short time with very very reasonable charge. I think you cannot beat the price and service John provided in whole twin city.

Replaced outdoor faucets Had leaks in both of our outdoor faucets. John came out and replaced both each time in less than 24 hours of me calling. Stillwater plumbing does a great and professional job each time. Will highly recommend!

sump pump we had a sump pump instaled by a different company, it had such a terrible noise, they said that they make all make noise. We called stillwater pulmbing and John came over to take a look, he changed the pump and some piping and fixed the problem. We will only use Stillwater Plumbing for any future needs

No Hot Water on 12/16/10 We have a tankless water heater that is only 3 years old and one day we had no hot water. Seached and found John at Stillwater Plumbing. He found that snow and ice had built up on the outside vent, Came inside to check and make sure everything was running properly and found that our water heater was not installed correctly. He came back when he said he would and corrected our problem. We were extremely grateful and thought his work was done extremely well.
