Aspen seems so friendly and open. They care about their residents and try to keep the community together. They have great amenities and nice features. The tour guides are friendly and answer everything you need to know or think you need to know!
Wish I’d never signed. It’s seriously a prison sentence. I’d fake my death to leave if I wasn’t afraid they’d try bringing me back to life. Ya the rent isn’t bad but to get in it costs an arm and a leg but they’re good at not telling you anything until it’s too late. Definitely a good lesson to read all of the fine print and don’t base it off of their word as they stand over you to sign. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. I love Aspen Heights! Great place for college students! They also have lots of amenities like free tanning!
Favorite place to be in Stillwater! Pool is so amazing and staff brought us out popsicles🤩
DO NOT STAY HERE no matter what they offer you it's a terrible idea. My roommates have broken into my room several times & had drugs in the house w other criminals living in their room and aspen did nothing when we reported it. Aspen did not care when they found people living in a roommates closet. They continued to let them stay. We had to have some people arrested to get them out of the house because they were dangerous and had warrants out for their arrest and aspen still did nothing.
