Do not live here! You’d be better off paying a little more somewhere else. The units are poorly built and not energy efficient. The utility bill company (they force you to use) is a third party and predatory!! They will charge you insane amounts for utility and if you dispute and don’t pay they will take your money (workout authorization) and then refuse to speak to you. Staff is apathetic and only want your money! Steer clear of this property! It’s nothing but a headache

Aspen Heights is a great place to live while enjoying your college experience! I love how clean and welcoming the buildings are! Management does an excellent job in communicating with its attendees. I highly recommend living in Aspen Heights Stillwater!

Beware!!! Don’t rent from these scammers! They charge my step daughter and her 2 other roommates $1600 each for replacement of carpet. The unit didn’t even have carpet!!!! They were moved out over 6 months and all the sudden we got an alert on our credit report for collections!!! Never received a letter or bill or call or any other kind of notice or communication!!!!! We tried to dispute this and could never get it resolved. We just paid it off and National Credit Systems wouldn’t even settle for a lesser amount (like most c... read more
I have lived here a little over a year and loved every minute! The staff is the most caring in Stillwater, by far. They drive around on golf carts to hand out drinks on your way to the shuttle for class, candy on Halloween, popsicles in summer, donuts and coffee on your way out of the gate, etc. I’ve never lived in a community that is so involved & lively.
