Aspen Heights is the place to be as a student resident! So many more pros than apartments, the pool is nice, and the staff is accommodating.
Very nice affordable living for college students and families alike.
They pressure you to hurry and sign your lease to return the next year to save your spot they call it, and then my son found out when school started he would be graduating in December. Every time I call I get a different answer from someone. It’s been like this since September. Now trying to find a lease take over and it’s been a nightmare! I’ve never dealt with any housing places like this one. No one knows what the other person is doing.
