Too many reminders- texting, calling, e-mailing to confirm. I made the appointment and have never missed one, so shouldn't get "hounded" to confirm my appointment. Also please be more upfront about extra costs that typically aren't covered by insurance.

The hours are not convenient. Having later appts and Saturday appts would allow me to have my husband use the same dentist.
I can not say enough great things about the doctors and staff. Everyone is friendly and I feel that I am well taken care of at each visit!
The only issue I had with the appointment was the wait time in the lobby, however my daughter was very occupied with the toys, books, etc and didn't seem to mind other than just being excited to see the dentist. Also, we have been here a few times and never had to wait so this wasn't really an issue for me. Very nice, friendly staff.

First off let me say that yesterdays visit was not typical of my experience at Stillwater Family Dental. I have major dental anxiety and did not visit a dentist for at least 15 years. Since beginning with Dr. Perpich I have been faithfully seeing her twice a year for the last five. So yesterday was a fluke, I hope. First I had to wait for 20 minutes past my appointment time. I would like less contact outside of appointments via email. The staff was very friendly and competent, would reccomend to family and friends.
