One of the things that is important to me in selecting a dental team is that they don't pressure you into having work done. We all know that healthy teeth are important, but lectures and scare tactics aren't useful. Stillwater Family Dental does a great job explaining what needs to be done, why, and without lectures. It's nice to hear that the work they recommend can be done "down the road" and isn't detrimental if I choose to wait. Oksana is pleasant, professional and thorough. So is Dr. Perpich. On the negative side, I do find the front desk statement that "we can take care of that extra charge today by cash, check or credit card" a little abrupt. It doesn't feel customer-friendly. I can afford paying for unexpected charges on the spot, but many folks can't. Perhaps explain to patients while in the dental chair that immediate payment will be expected?
With little notice, they were able to take me in. The Dr did a terrific job as well!
I always refer anyone who would ask to your office. Your dental hygienist was wonderful and bubbly...SHE'S A KEEPER!!! personality+++
Best dental experience I've ever had. Everyone is extremely nice and very capable. I have a sensitive mouth (areas of recession that easily cause pain during teeth cleaning) and teeth. I never have pain during my teeth cleaning!! Thanks to you all!!
Everything and everybody were great.
Dr. Carlson did an excellent job of assessing my chipped tooth and the best course to resolve the problem. I left with the tooth repaired and looking good!

Lacey is a wonderful hygienist. She is very sensitive about a patient's individual needs to ensure the patient is as comfortable as possible while there for a cleaning. You are lucky to have her as part of your team!
