Stillwater Family Dental is a clean, professional, yet friendly environment. Upon entering the office for my first appointment as a new patient, I was greeted immediately with friendly service. I showed up about 5 minutes before my appointment, and was already in before my scheduled time. I would like 30 days from your billing date to pay you...you give me 30 days from my appt.date..which gives me just 15 days to pay..noone else does that!

I received a gift card to Caribou as compensation for my long wait. I did not expect that at all and it was very thoughtful! Appreciated that my wait time was considered as we all have busy schedules!
the fluoride treatment was "interesting". She kind of quickly "globbed" the paste on my teeth. I didn't feel like she did the backside (?) I used your bathroom and discovered white "stuff" hanging from my teeth. As I was going somewhere else I rubbed off the dry hanging paste. Not sure if fluoride treatment had "set"? I thought treatment would be more liquid like (?)
What you have now is perfect! I see no need for improvement!
Carrie was my daughter's dental hygienist and she was awesome!! The whole group is great but Carrie stood out from everyone else and did an awesome job with my 5 year old daughter :)
I was pleased with the service I received.
