George was attentive, consistent and professional from start to finish. He kept in regular communication with us and when the vehicle we thought wanted turned out to be not what we were truly looking for George was patient and found a winner. We couldn’t be happier!
Inside looks nice, cars are clean and shiny, the salesmen are good at their jobs and should be given an award for their acting expertise as they smile and gaslight. STG Auto Group in Montclair is hands down one of the worst dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. From start to finish, this place has been nothing but stress, frustration, and wasted time. The sales staff is extremely pushy and makes you feel pressured instead of helped. It’s clear they care more about closing a deal than actually listening to customers or being honest. Unfortunately, I don't advise anyone to go to the site. The worst treatment I've ever seen in the history of my life. Lack of credibility, mistreatment and the manager on this site is the worst personality I've ever met. I saw a car they have in the store. I contacted them and we agreed on the price and we agreed to go to them the next day. An appointment was made from them. I drove the car for 5 hours. I came from Modesto. I don't advise anyone and go to this site. There are workers on the structure of humans, but there is no credibility and manipulation of prices. I wish there was a rating less than a star because I feel that the star is a lot on this store.
