I'll keep it quick and condensed... I was a return customer. Gave them 2 chances to work a deal. First time was a trade for my wife's car. Couldn't make the deal which was fine. 2nd chance was with me trading in my car. Could have easily been done. Text messages confirming the deal. Once I showed up to make the deal they flipped and played the typical dealer games. They lied saying it was because of taxes,"upgrades" Lojack, window tint.
