Didn’t want to go public with this, but I have been left with no choice. This dealership knowingly sold me a car with broken parts, and is denying it without any compensation or repair plan. If you plan on buying a vehicle from here, especially out of state, get ready for the worst experience known to man kind. Sales people are not trained at all in communication or sales, the owner of STG is so out of touch with his company, it’s horrendous. Worst place to buy a car go elsewhere. Been going back and forth with managers there that can't fix a due bill. If you don't know what a due bill is it's when they say buy the car here a contract to fix issues. They don't fix what they promise and managers hide and don't call back. Service Jose , arrey and other there are an embarrassment to customer service I will not recommend anyone to buy a car here.
