Every time I deal with S-M, I am told the lawyer is Grant Machum and I see his name on the documents. However, whenever I email Grant, he almost never responds... the tasks are almost always delegated to some junior person. Eventually, due to the lack of responses to correspondence addressed to him, I grew concerned about Grant’s health and about his wellbeing. I asked for an experienced litigation lawyer, they gave me someone with only 1.5 years insurance experience. Had I known this, I would have went to another firm. The lawyer filed the Court action too late and my case was statute barred. I lost my entire retirement savings (I was 60). Absolutely devastating outcome because of an inexperienced Lawyer. Would NOT recommend. Go to Mcinnes Cooper.
