My son purchased a car on Friday, 3/22 from Dwight at Stewart Auto Group and now he refuses to mail him the title. We have the bill of sale with his signature. Dwight called my son on Monday, 3/25 and told him he needed to return the car because he can't title it. When we asked why he said "because we can't. No reason given. We now are filing a civil suit again Dwight and his dealership so my son can get the title after paying several thousands of dollars for this car.
