i put a creit app in and thay to;d me he would call me back in an hour but never called i waited about 4 hours and called them back and he told me he would call me back and talk about the creit app never called so beware of them thay lie a lot
Horrible customer service
Went there to buy a vehicle. Never got told the asking price or what I was getting for a trade in on my vehicle. Say there for several hours waiting to hear on financing. Ended up going home and waiting until Monday. He didn’t call back. So I called him. Was told financing was approved but I still needed $ 3000.00 plus my trade in. The truck he had come to find out was priced way too high to be financed. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer to anybody. False advertising, shady business...stay away
Called about a car that ad says the price is $2495, got told that is only the suggested down payment. Ads are false and misleading. Now someone tell me what this ad says? More confusing yet is after I was told this is the down payment, I was told the price is $2995.... Where the hell does it say this in the ad?
