This is an awful homel health care service. You are not told time frame of nurses arrival. Nurse does not call you back. Stay away from then.
This has been "THE WORST" experience I have ever had with a visiting nursing home service...
One of the worst home care services around. I called on a Saturday evening to ask if they would come and see my father to check his lungs and vitals. I was told by the nurse to check his temperature and if he didn't have one he should be ok until the morning and they would send someone to see him around 8:00 am. I get a call at 9:00 am from a nurse telling me her schedule is completely booked and they can't see him until Monday. This has been the worst nursing service my family has every experienced. The first nurse showed up 90 minutes late, didn't have experience with the equipment prescibed, and pretty much endangered the life of my wife. She has a picc line and even before this first nurse left, we had three inches of air in the line. An air bubble in a pick line can cause a corinary embolism, otherwise known as death.
