Called Aaron (the owner) on Monday, sent pics and dimensions Tuesday, spoke on phone Wednesday and Thursday morning had a boiler, some new piping and everything working perfectly in 90 minutes. VERY reasonable pricing, very prompt service and just and all around nice guy. I cannot give more than 5 stars but I wish I could. I highly- very highly- recommend contacting him for your plumbing needs.
I contacted Steve's Plumbing and Heating because he was recommended by another small company that doesn't do boiler installs. Here's the scenario: My boiler fails in the dead of winter with single digit temps in the forecast. I contacted Steve's via their website early on a Saturday. After some discussion via text, the next day he sent me a proposal with a reasonable quote for the work. Aaron replaced a cracked boiler for me a year ago, and it was the best price around.. Not only that, the workmanship was excellent and quite prompt. This year another boiler I had cracked (in a duplex it was the other unit) Aaron replied to my message within an hour. Aaron and Omar replaced all the failing water lines in my house, fixed previous shoddy work, and installed a new kitchen sink, toilet, washer/dryer hookups, and two exterior water lines. That’s a lot of work! It was all done perfectly and for a reasonable price. I’m lucky I found Steve’s and will be sticking with them for all future plumbing needs.
