When I was asking the service writer what I could do out of appreciation for such phenomenal service, I was told that any kind of online review was very appreciated. So telling FaceBook people that Steve's is the best shop in town with the most spectacular customer service is the least that I can do. I will continue to be a loyal customer and share with friends how wonderful these people are. Thank you
Exceptional service and quality repairs. Both my cars run excellent because of S.I. and even though I don't want to have to get more work done, I will be returning when the time comes.
Steve's took phenomenal care of my Mercedes. I am a customer for life. They always give me a little more than what I ask for. And they are very thorough with checking everything over.
Drive cycles, are you serious? I've been a mechanic for 30 years and never heard of such a thing. My insurance company would in no way cover a customers car at 3 in the morning. What a joke!
Based on a recent investigation by KATU news, this outfit is seriously "ethically challenged". There are plenty of options for getting repairs to your import... places where one of the managers and his girlfriend won't be out joyriding in your car at 03:00 Halloween night.... and apparently not joyriding very safely since he was caught by a red light camera on Burnside. So let's just say my car has not had the best luck this last month. Currently I'm dealing with insurance companies and setting up repairs. I want to give a huge shoutout to Steve's Imports for not only working with me on getting the repairs done but also for excellent consulting on how to deal with post-accident insurance matters. They are the best in Portland! Check them out next time you need help with your car.
