Thank you SI, especially John for getting our 2003 Volvo maintenance completed, going the extra mile, literally, driving it out to Canby. It has yet to pass DEQ, tried to today. As a suggestion: inform your customers that when computer system maintenance is performed that there is a certain amount of drive time required for the emission systems to be tested properly by DEQ. Fortunately, I did not have to waste too much time at DEQ this morning, but if I had waited a long time to get tested it would have been an inconvenience... read more
