Top notch experience these folks really care about my car and getting it well taken care of. I feel like they paid close attention to the difficult detail of my cars issue.
Had my Eurovan in to Steve's right around a month ago for some strange noise issues that were unresolved previously and after this first visit my clinking clattering noises are resolved and my van will have reached a thousand miles by end of today since the repair was done. Be back for a 160,000 mile service soon.
About a couple weeks ago I had been to Steve's and the mechanic there I think Matt or Tim had worked on my car, a few days later there was a scratching sound coming from the front. I called, the front office man had me come in right then, and they put my car up in the air and showed me that I had an old cracked cover piece that was plastic. They pinned it up for me on the spot and didn't charge me anything. I was very impressed with this second experience.
After several weeks of driving a BMW that was given to me, and that I am pretty sure should have been removed from public roads about 6 years ago which is probably the last time it had been to the shop, I had to decide to see if it was worth one last try getting it into a shop and hopefully not buying a repair that was 10 times the value of the car. Steve's did great work in my BMW and Toyota, and I believe in how they are serving the community and cleaning up Lents. Good job!
I was most impressed with the service I received today. I went in with many assumptions regarding my vehicle, and the mechanics carefully walked me through what was actually going on with the vehicle and took the time to help me understand what my BMW needed.
