I was most impressed with the service I received today. I went in with many assumptions regarding my vehicle, and the mechanics carefully walked me through what was actually going on with the vehicle and took the time to help me understand what my BMW needed.
I received above par service. I got everything I was promised upfront and more that I hadn't even expected. I am very confident in all the repairs that were put into my Mercedes. I will be having them service my next vehicle soon. Two thumbs up

Last visit I had my doubt that my oil leak was fixed do to the fact that many garages have taken a stab at this repair. Its been 4 and 1/2 weeks since I have had my car in at Steve's and I still haven't had a single drip of oil on my driveway. Fixed!
Saved my WRX from death. Steve's knows my Subaru and its unique quirks that make it special. Few people I trust to work on my car especially with all its current modifications. My car runs smoother than ever, no more backfiring.

Exceptional service from Paul and Rachel in the front office. Got me in last minute and back on my road trip in only a matter of hours.
John was super nice and helpful. I have been struggling to stay ahead with bills and everything lately. The staff upfront gave me several options for the much needed repairs that saved me so much money which is huge for someone that makes a less than fortunate income. These people are very helpful and considerate.
