My furnace went out yesterday with temperature in the teens. Tech came out and did a 'fix' to get me through the night. New furnace installed this morning. Everyone was professional, neat and friendly. Highly recommend
We called at 9am because our furnace quit on one of the coldest days of the winter. I didn't expect to see anyone until late afternoon but Will came within an hour. He diagnosed our problem, fixed it and we had heat by 11:30. The cost was very reasonable. Will was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, professional and polite. I would recommend them to everyone.
They are professional and my furnace was installated in a timely and efficient manner.
Over the course the past year, I've had 2 issues related to my furnace, both having to do with a clogged exhaust outlet. Both times, Steve's came out the very day to troubleshoot the problem. The most recent issue caused a catastrophic failure of the heat exchanger, which resulted in installing of a new furnace. Steve's sent out a crew the very next day to install the new furnace. I needed a new furnace when it died yesterday. They came on a Sunday in 20 minutes and explained everything to me. Next day they installed a new one in 3 hours. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and expertise. I highly recommend them. I have used them before to install my air-conditioner in 2008. Thank you again.
