I will admit at first I hesitated with Steve’s based on some of the reviews. Boy!!! was I wrong. Amazing company with honest people. I had contacted several heating and cooling company’s regarding my furnace. All which told me I had to replace my furnace as it is 25 years old. Although this is accurate. $4,200. Is a lot to replace right away. I was not provided with alternative solutions to keep my heat in my home. So for weeks my home was freezing without heat. I got a new furnace.the gentlemen that came were fast and efficient and very nice.i will always use Steve's the price was fantastic met Steve very knowledgeable and explained everything I couldn't be happier! you have a coustmer for life.
While recently experiencing problems with my furnace, I contacted Steve's Heating and A-C. They came out promptly and after some discussion we decided to purchase a complete heating-air conditioning system. From Will the service tech to Todd the manager, and John Woods and his crew i am very happy with there workmanship and courteous care I was given. My family has used Steve's for decades, but when I had problems with my furnace, the tech told me I needed to change an induction motor, but then claimed it couldn't be fixed and I needed a new furnace. They wanted $800.00 to fix the motor, $450 for the motor itself and another 350 to install. The actual part cost $125 retail, and per a video on the web, takes less than 10 minutes to install.
