showed up on time, gave me all my options, gave me fair price for the work he did.
They were unable to hook up gas logs in my fireplace due to the gas flow for the line to ignite wood wasn't enough to run the gas logs. To accomplish installing the logs in the fireplace they would have to have rock removed and replace the line. The technician explained the problem and I opted to not go ahead. They only charged me for time spent, which was min charge of 1 hour. I will use this company again due to their professional business ethics and their prompt response.
They came out the day I called and gave me an estimate, the work was done the next day and was great!
Steve was reliable, fast and I would recommend him. As a matter of fact I have already hired him to do another project at another property.

Replaced 100 LF of 4" sewer line for $3200. Not a bad deal and done in one day.
He actually did not do anything other than disconnect the old stove and connect the new stove. No piping work was needed. No parts were needed. I have no idea if he is good at piping work. I can not rate his work quality. He did charge the same fee with nothing added for parts so the price seemed high for what he did.
I was quoted $150 - $180 and then when he arrived it was $240. He even used old parts from the previous toilets in the installation of the new toilets. He said I was still getting a good deal.
