Sales person was great but when it came time to talk price they were very rude with is. We were trying to haggle which is normal at a dealership and the guy was downright insulting. He said, " we don't haggle here." News to us! I guess they are doing so well that they let us walk out.
I ordered a vehicle through Stevens Creek Volkswagen. Was told I would have to pay MSRP and I was ok with that. I received a call on Sunday at noon and was told I need to come in today to get the car. I was shown the price which includes a $5,000 dealer markup on the vehicle. I was told if I don't pay this they would sell the vehicle to someone else. I walked out of the dealership without the vehicle I ordered. Dealer is holding my vehicle for ransom.
I am a 2015 eGolf owner with 600 miles on the car. The car is in the shop for the 4th week and these guys have no idea on how to fix it. The VW corporate is turning out to be useless as well. It's a helpless situation. You don't want to deal with these guys.
Stevens Creek Volkswagen has excellent staff. Bought my new 2015 GTi SE with performance package 2/24/2015, so happy I did. I got a great deal and low APR financing thanks to Red finance manager. Truly I would recommend Stevens Creek VW to anybody looking forward in buying their new car.
